Dave was nominated by his peers and selected by a committee of federal judges and lawyers specializing in federal criminal defense to serve on the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel of attorneys qualified to be appointed to federal criminal cases.  Dave has obtained sentences below the federal sentencing guidelines for clients charged with fraud, smuggling, gun, and drug charges in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington.
